    • FIXED STEP: 4 Directions, Fu Yang, Reeling Silk
    • MOVING STEP: 7 Stars Step, 9 Palace Step, Gather The Wave and Da Lu
    • AUXILLARY EXERCISES: single push hands, push absorbtion, fixed step (*not core syllabus, but part of training)
  • Hand form: Short (Square and Round - as well as Mirror)*
  • Long Form Square and Round
  • Advanced Short Form*
  • Hand form applications
  • Sabre form
  • Sabre Applications
  • Spear
  • Sabre and Spear Applications
  • Conditioning - Running Thunder Hands
  • Pads and Mitts work (learning to box/punch as well as slap!)

    • Individual San Sau Applications from the form
  • Qi gong - we practice Yi Jin Jing as well as other forms of qi gong - and relevant training in the Eight Pieces Brocade we practice in our system is given at appropriate times to certain students.
