any of our classes county wide. All abilities are catered for, and which
ever area you are most interested in, all of our instructors can help
you develop and progress. Tai Chi for health is practiced to an exacting
standard along with the martial art aspect. Whether you are interested
in improving your overall health and well being or learning an ancient
art for self defence Northants Tai Chi Chuan can help you.
Here
at Northants Tai Chi Chuan, we are very proud of our heritage and the
history of this profound martial art. We practice the art on several
differant levels, and strive for excellence in all areas. Some people
are attracted to the art to help improve their health and
wellbeing;others for the spiritual and meditative practices,whilst for
some it is the martial art that inspires them. Everyone is allowed to
progress at their own pace, and develop their abilities and skills to
their optimum level with our expert tuition and patient coaching.
Wudang Tai Chi Chuan consists of six components,
- The Hand form.(Tao Chuan)
- Pushing hands.(Tui Shou)
- Self defence.(San Shou)
- Weapons.(Sabre,Sword,Spear)
- Internal strength.(Nei kung)
- Qi Gong.(Energy Work)
